Parental Digital Mediation and Its Association with the Psychological Well-Being in School-Age Children

Digital parental mediation has emerged as a result of the increasing popularity electronic technologies and their active use in education children. Recent research on digital highlights various characteristics that define support control over child’s activity. This study is aimed at determining relationship between (parental support) psychological well-being (self-satisfaction subjective happiness) adolescents. The (control are assumed to have opposing effects schoolchildren. sample consisted 4,011 teenagers aged 13 15 (M = 14.07, SD 0.76), 42% whom were male. In course study, Parental Mediation Questionnaire, I myself scale from questionnaire, Multidimensional Scale Student Life Satisfaction, Subjective Happiness utilized. Statistical processing involved exploratory confirmatory factor analyses, correlation regression analyses. As result, it was confirmed activity related, but vary. Thus, increases teenager’s satisfaction happiness, whereas decreases them. effect more pronounced younger
